Frequently asked questions
How long will my order take to dispatch?
Each item has dispatch estimates on the listing. Stickers usually take between 2-3 days to make and post whereas larger wooden items can take up to 5 days. Every item in my shop is handmade so please bear this in mind when ordering.
When will I get my order?
All items are sent first class via Royal Mail. Unless tracked 24 is purchased when ordering I am unable to track the whereabouts of your parcel.
If you haven’t recieved your items after 7 days please send me a message so I can investigate.
How does the sizing for sticker orders work?
All stickers are measured by width and not height. The height will vary depending on the font type used. Please refer to the information in each listing regarding sizing. If you have a specific size you need to fill a space please send me a message and I can work out the best size for you.
What will my stickers stick to?
Stickers will only stick to smooth, flat, clean surfaces. They will not stick to bumpy or fabric surfaces. Stickers are made from thick vinyl and cannot go around corners without puckering. Please send me a message if you need a specific size not listed.
Do you ship to Northern Ireland?
Unfortunately due to the GSPR rules I can no longer ship to customers in NI. Hopefully soon I will be in a position to offer this but at the moment I cannot afford to pay for a representative abroad as per the regulations. I’m so sorry to my lovely Irish customers.
